 I just came across the same problem.  If you go to the said URL, it will
 give you the download link for "Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 3."  This, I
 already have installed.

 The problem here is that the latest update puts the header files in
 different directories.  To fix, you must make a symbolic link to the
 Headers directory like so:

 sudo ln -s
 /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Headers
 /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Headers
 }}}
