Comment:

 Attached is a patch which

  * updates to 0.42.0,
  * fixes the homepage,
  * states what license the port is under,
  * canonicalizes the official download site,
  * removes the atarininja backup download site since it does not carry
 this version,
  * supports universal and non-default-build_arch builds,
  * ensures it's UsingTheRightCompiler,
  * no longer calls "system" just to make a symlink,
  * installs additional documentation files, and
  * fixes the livecheck.
