 port install texlive-bin provides:

     /opt/local/bin/tlmgr -> /opt/local/share/texmf-
 texlive/scripts/texlive/tlmgr.pl

 but the referenced file is not there. It is not present anywhere on disk,
 so this is not just an incorrect location.
