 No, 4.2.7 is the latest stable version. (See the folder "zsh" (not "zsh-
 dev") on [http://sourceforge.net/projects/zsh/files/ zsh's SourceForge
 files page].) 4.3.10 is a development version, which is already available
 in the zsh-devel port.
