 When libxklavier 5.0 is installed xfce4-settings 4.6.1 doesn't build since
 it uses libxklavier 4.0 API.[[BR]]

 The problem is solved with xfce4-settings 4.6.5 which is updated to
 libxklavier 5.0 API.[[BR]]
