 I think `Makefile.am` could be patched to no longer exclude manpages, but
 that appears to require another package
 ([http://hg.sim.no/simacros/default/ simacros]) in order to run
 `automake`. I might have to mark the aqua and manpages variants as
 conflicting for the time being.
