 I have filed [http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24318 bug report
 24318] with the Wine project for this problem. In the mean time you can
 manually download the correct distfile; see the [wiki:ProblemHotlist
 #fetch-failures ProblemHotlist] for instructions.
