 I solved the problem in a quick and dirty way by grabbing the Ghostscript
 fonts from [http://sourceforge.net/projects/gs-fonts/ here] and placing
 them all in `/opt/local/share/ghostscript/fonts/`.  I put in the entire
 contents of the downloaded directory.
