Comment:

 As a workaround, I think it should work if you either make sure both
 cyrus-sasl2 and openldap ports are installed and then rebuild php5, or
 make sure both openldap and cyrus-sasl2 ports are uninstalled and then
 rebuild php5. This ticket is basically saying the same thing as #20492.
