Comment:

 Sorry, I already updated to zmq 2.0.9 in #25596 before seeing this ticket.

 In the future if there is already a ticket requesting a port update it is
 best to append to that ticket rather than opening a new one.

 Do we need to revert zmq to 2.0.8? py*-zmq 2.0.8 seemed to compile fine
 with zmq 2.0.9 but of course I don't know how to use the software so I did
 not test whether it works.
