 Ports that are present in the registry but not the index should just
 produce a "Warning: No port foo found in the index."

 That means port aborts with an error rather than a warning and the other
 ports aren't upgraded further. I don't have the install log handy, but I
 called `port upgrade installed` just as this without further options to
 ignore errors.
