 To allow a ordinary users to start capturing packets in wireshark right
 away, it would be nice if the dumpcap binary could be installed as setuid
 root. This feature is already present in wireshark's configure script
 (--enable-setuid-install).

 Attached is a patch that adds a +setuid_root variant to the Portfile.
