 Followup to my previous comment: It turns out that running a mirror or
 file repository is technically against the terms of my agreement with my
 hosting provider, so I'm looking at using an Arch Linux mirror instead
 (http://mirrors.kernel.org/archlinux/other/truecrypt/).
