 port sometimes incorrectly detect some ports as uninstalled:

 $ sudo port -v uninstall gtk2 @2.18.8_0+darwin_8+x11
 Waiting for lock on /opt/local/var/macports/registry/.registry.lock
 gtk2 is already uninstalled
 sudo port -v uninstall gtk2 @2.18.8_0+darwin_8+x11  38.36s user 33.48s
 system 54% cpu 2:10.92 total
 $ sudo port -v uninstall gtk2 @2.18.8_0+darwin_8+x11
 --->  Uninstalling gtk2 @2.18.8_0+darwin_8+x11
 }}}
 Here the first time it didn't work, and the second time it worked. This
 could be related to locks.
