 I think probably it was failing to compile on Leopard generally (Intel or
 PowerPC), because the Makefile was set to use /Developer/usr/bin/clang as
 the compiler, but clang has not been available in Xcode until Snow
 Leopard. I already fixed this in the initial commit by
 UsingTheRightCompiler. Further, I verified that the port builds and the
 software works fine on a Power Mac G4 running Leopard.
