 Committed in r77819 with these changes:

  * fixed license and maintainer fields
  * canonicalized homepage
  * removed md5 checksum (we're phasing it out)

  * removed duplicate master_sites line
  * fixed livecheck
  * adjusted some formatting and whitespace
