 The "portindex" command fails with the following error:

 Error: reinplace: couldn't read file
 "/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/objectmarker/ObjectMarker.cpp": no such
 file or directory
 }}}

 That's because there's a "reinplace" in the Portfile that is executed
 unconditionally.  Moving into post-patch should do the trick.
