 I can't reproduce this problem.

 Your configure is complaining that it can't find

 {{{
 ${prefix}/lib/pkgconfig/cairo-gobject.pc
 }}}

 which is provided by port cairo.

 However, cairo is declared as a dependency and your log file says it is
 installed.

 So you need to see why that is.  Make sure cairo is up to date, etc.

 Current version of cairo is cairo @1.10.2_2.
