 Some comments:

  * portfiles should be UTF-8 encoded, and carry the standard modeline (see
 the guide)
  * if you want to use gfortran-mp-4.4 you must declare a dependency on the
 gcc44 port
  * why gfortran-mp-4.4 particularly? would 4.5 or 4.6 work? If so, provide
 variants, with one of them as the default (see PortfileRecipes)
  * since you don't have an @macports.org email address, the maintainers
 line must be your full email address (in our obfuscated format)
