 There is a new way to do interposing that is more supported/proper. The
 original
 [http://darwinbuild.macosforge.org/trac/browser/trunk/darwintrace/darwintrace.c
 darwintrace] from the DarwinBuild project has the DARWINTRACE_INTERPOSE
 macro which shows how to do it.
