 Attached is a version-bump for emacs-app to 23.3.  It should apply with
 patch -p1 to aqua/emacs-app.

 Per the notice at http://emacs-app.sourceforge.net/ , I've changed the
 homepage to the official Emacs homepage.

 I dropped patch-ns-win.el.diff, as it was integrated into emacs 23.3.

 I've fixed a bug in the included site-start.el where the companion
 subdirs.el was ignored.  This prevented some 3rd-party packages installed
 in $prefix/share/emacs/site-lisp from being located properly.  (For
 example: install emacs, emacs-app and cedet, then try to load cedet and
 semantic packages from within Emacs.app.)
