 This looks the same as #28507, #28514 and #28528, which were marked
 duplicate of #28512, which was marked fixed 2 months ago. Are you sure
 your port definitions are up to date?

 Please update MacPorts and your port definitions:

 }}}
 Clean atlas and any outdated ports:
 {{{
 sudo port clean atlas outdated
 }}}
 See which ports are outdated:
 {{{
 port outdated
 }}}
 Upgrade outdated ports:
 {{{
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 }}}
 Try installing atlas again:
 {{{
 sudo port install atlas
 }}}
