 Sorry, I meant to confirm that they are '''NOT''' be in /opt/local/include
 (which you did).[[BR]]
 If there had been any of these files in /opt/local/include, they would
 have shadowed the ones in /usr/include, and it would have helped explain
 the problem.[[BR]]
 Since that source of error has been ruled out, we can continue looking for
 other possibilities.
