 Committed in r78234 with these changes:

  * switched to bz2 distfile (it's smaller)
  * removed md5 checksum (we're trying to remove it from MacPorts)
  * added openssl dependency (vde_cryptcab links with it)
  * added license information
  * added documentation files (see [wiki:PortfileRecipes#doc])
  * tweaked the formatting
