Comment:

 Committed silo in r78261 with these changes:

  * removed revision 0 line; that's the default
  * removed muniversal variant (the default universal variant seems to work
 fine -- unless you have specific information about it not working?)
  * changed "openmaintainer" to "nomaintainer" (see "port lint") (unless
 you want to maintain this port?)
  * added license line
  * removed md5 checksum (we're phasing it out of MacPorts)
  * removed ${realname} variable; just use ${name}
  * changed "--with-zlib=yes" to just "--with-zlib"
  * changed "--with-qt=no" to "--without-qt"
  * disabled ccache which caused an error
  * enabled test command which seem to run fine
  * removed comment about hdf5 variant; moved that information into the
 hdf5 variant's description where users can see it
  * fixed livecheck
  * reordered some lines
