Comment:

 Committed in r78269 (maintainer timeout). `set archflags ""` in the non-
 universal case was not correct; in that case, we want to use
 ${configure.cc_archflags}; this lets the user change the build_arch in
 macports.conf when not building universal. I also increased the port's
 revision so that if a user who had switched build_arch already had this
 port installed (with the wrong arch) they'll be prompted to rebuild.
