 Unfortunately that's not an easy question to answer in the general case.
 Most software does not come with an uninstaller. (That's one of the
 reasons why it's nice to use MacPorts to install software: MacPorts can
 just as easily uninstall the software it has installed.) If you're not
 sure what files came with a piece of software, as its developers.
