 Updated the Digikam portfile to version 2.0.0. This version ships together
 with kipi-plugins. Therefore the kipi-plugins port is obsolete. Therefore
 I also updated the kipi-plugins portfile.

 Please note, that this updated port depends on the patch attached to
 Ticket #30575.
