 After updating to MacPort 2.0.1 and using the shell command "sudo port
 selfupdate" and then "sudo port upgrade outdated" I get the error message
 "Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: configure failure: shell
 command failed" when it reaches gtk-doc. "Error: Unable to upgrade port:
 1". Can not upgrade!
