 I committed some changes to qt4-mac in r81844.  Please do a selfupdate &
 see if the changes work -- they probably don't for this issue, but you
 never know :) I'll be installing Lion / 10.7 this weekend, and will try to
 figure out a workaround once that's done. I welcome thoughts / patches in
 the meantime.
