 Just got a new mid-2011 MBA and tried to install lmms through MacPorts
 only to find that zynaddsubfx wasn't working, and the port was a couple
 releases behind.  The attached proposal of an update to the lmms portfile
 resolves both issues, at least on Lion / 10.7 (which is the only version I
 have access to.)

  * Portfile diff was generated via 'diff -u <old> <new>'.
  * No longer uses old source patchfile 'patch-disable-zynaddsubfx.diff'
  * Adds new source patchfile 'patch-zynaddsubfx-CMakeLists.txt.diff'

 It isn't clear to me whether relying on 'devel' version of fltk is
 acceptable policy here, but since the only other version of fltk (1.10)
 won't build on x86_64 / Lion, that's what I had to do so far.
