 What happens if you cycle the the selection a couple of times?  I am
 totally guessing here... someone with a better understanding of how "port
 select" works will probably have to provide some input.

 Again, someone who knows more about the internals of the unified python
 group will need to provide some input.  I do not know how to specify a
 separate download depending on python version.
