 This ticket serves as a request for the current maintainer of py26-spyder
 to do this, and to (optionally) take ownership of py-spyder.

 This entails deleting py26-spyder and modifying py-spyder to include 26 in
 its {{{python.versions}}} line in addition to 25 and 27. (Currently
 commented out.)

 In the process, this will also upgrade py26-spyder to 2.0.12, add some
 useful dependencies, and correctly locate pylint-X.Y (and correctly parse
 its output.)
