 The embedded docs will not launch from within spyder. The developer
 discovered the problem and it's quite simple: they forgot to add the file
 protocol
 {{{
 file://
 }}}

 to the URL pointing to index.html, so the MacOS didn't know how to handle
 it. I'm attaching a patch for affected spyder ports.
