 Yes, I am using the latest XCode 4.1 (4B110)
 After I finished rebuilding everything else with "port upgrade outdated",
 neon started building correctly, so I guess this ticket can be closed.
 Interestingly, there's still *NO* -lgettextlib in generated src/Makefile
 where it says "LIBS=", it just stopped failing because of that.
