 llvm currently uses a foreach loop and `install_name_tool` to fix the
 install_name of the libraries; see #29069.

 But there is [http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=8564 an upstream bug
 report] with a simpler patch we could use. We might also want to ask the
 llvm developers if they will commit that change and resolve that bug
 report.
