 Upgrade Lilypond results in:

 Looks similar to ticket r21607 but the therein suggested fix (uninstall,
 clean and install) does not solve this error.
 Intel iMac with OS X 10.5.8
 Not sure about the maintainer so I cc'ed the author of changeset 82296.
