 php 5.3.7 is out but contains a
 [http://www.php.net/archive/2011.php#id2011-08-22-1 critical flaw] so we
 must wait for 5.3.8 and update php5 and related bundled module ports to
 that version.

 We should update php5-devel to any available 5.3.8 release candidate as
 well, or to 5.3.8 final if there is no release candidate.

 The [http://www.hardened-
 php.net/suhosin/download.html#suhosin_patch_0.9.10 suhosin patch] has been
 updated for 5.3.7 so we can now resolve #29463 too. And text modifications
 suggested in #29867 could also be applied
