Comment:

 Your Mono.framework in /Library/Frameworks is interfering with the
 macports build. Moving it aside should work to get the upgrade built. As
 an alternative, you could download the appropriate macports package from
 the website and install it to get 2.0.1.

 We should probably fix base so it doesn't try to link with sqlite3 from a
 random framework...
