 So I modified the mf2pt1.pl script, after an unsuccessful installation, in
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_jovo_MyPorts_txtproc_lilypond/lilypond/work/lilypond-2.12.3/scripts/build.
 Now installation gets past the feta11 not found error but quits with
 {{{
 iMac-van-Jo:~ jovo$ sudo port install lilypond
 --->  Computing dependencies for lilypond
 --->  Building lilypond
 --->  Staging lilypond into destroot
 Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: xinstall: Cannot stat:
 /Users/jovo/MyPorts/txtproc/lilypond/files/lilypond.in, No such file or
 directory
 Log for lilypond is at:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_Users_jovo_MyPorts_txtproc_lilypond/lilypond/main.log
 Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
