 version update to ipe-7.1.0

 The previous patches (patch-common.mak.diff, patch-config.mak.diff and
 patch-ipe-lua-prefs.lua.diff) are no longer needed. The relevant variables
 are now set in the build-args section of the Portfile.

 A new patch file (patch-ipe-lua-main.lua.diff) is attached.

 Also, new files (Info.plist.in, ipe.ico, ipeeps.ico, ipexml.ico) are
 attached for a convenient app bundle that recognizes ipe-associated file
 types.

 Note that this fixes #30540
