Comment:

 The author states he only builds against GCC 2.95.2/3.2.1.

 Anyways, attached is a patch to comment-out the function definition,
 rather than renaming all of them. I don't have a Lion VM at the moment to
 investigate if the functions are the same definition and this will work.
 Anyone with Lion: please let me know :-)
