 Rich, you can consider my words, "from Apple"

 What is your radar number for WGM?  Are you *sure* it is unbiasly showing
 users >= id 500?  It should be showing all users which fit the rules I
 listed above.

 I highly recommend not using ids < 500 for the reasons stated above.
