 Thank you for fixing it. However, also a compilation of GCC 4.6 on Snow
 leopard has the same issue. The configure option {{{--enable-fully-
 dynamic-string}}} should also be removed from {{{platform darwin 10}}}
 (removal of that option fixed the problem for me on Snow leopard).
