 My apologies if this is redundant.  I see lots of tickets related to
 boost.

 The following dialog suggests I have boost installed via macports, but
 it's not in /opt/local/bin or /opt/local/sbin:

 $ sudo port install boost @1.47
 Password:
 --->  Computing dependencies for boost
 --->  Cleaning boost
 $ port installed | grep boost
   boost @1.47.0_2 (active)

 Could someone tell me how to complete the installation or where to find
 the binary?
