 In the config.log I see:

 So the problem seems to be that the directory /usr/local/include exists,
 and you do not have permission to look into it. We don't support having
 things installed in /usr/local while using MacPorts because it can cause
 conflicts and failed builds, so I recommend you remove /usr/local, clean
 glib2, and try again.
