Comment:

 Committed in r87783 with these changes:

  * tabs to spaces and other minor reformatting
  * fixed "`maintainers`" line
  * removed unnecessary "`revision`" and "`worksrcdir`" lines
  * rewrote "`master_sites`" line to avoid redirects
  * used rmd160 and sha256 checksum types instead of md5
  * renamed patchfile to follow "`port lint --nitpick`"
  * simplified patchfile to just remove the lines, instead of comment them
 out
  * fixed livecheck
