Comment:

 This should be fixed in 2.9.1 - the scientificpython team is really bad
 about 'release' and 'beta' builds; their release is years and years old,
 and the actively release and patch the dev branch. numpy is quite recent,
 so I'm assuming that it needs a recent scientific python.

 Should be fixed in r87833
