Comment:

 The log says:

 :info:build ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libjpeg.dylib, file was built for
 i386 which is not the architecture being linked (x86_64)
 }}}

 Please remove that file. It is not a part of OS X and it is interfering
 with the build. After you remove it, clean opencv and try again.
 {{{
 sudo port clean opencv
 }}}

 In the future please do not install 3rd-party libraries into system
 directories.
