 In r87709, various symlinks were added to the post-destroot phase.  The
 DYLIB is currently named "libqhull_d6.dylib", while that revision of the
 Portfile (for whatever reason) used "libqhull6.dylib". This issue is fixed
 by "s/libqhull6/libqhull_d6/g", which changes just the symlink on line 41.
 I'm attaching a patch.
